Dear family and friends of OLSH College,

As the school year draws to a close, it is timely to reflect on the incredible journey shared during this very special 150th anniversary year of the foundation of the OLSH Sisters. The final weeks of this term just seemed to fly by. Concluding our year with a Thanksgiving Mass, was a fitting way give thanks to God for all we have shared together.

We celebrate with pride the outstanding VCE results released last Thursday. These are detailed in this newsletter – we congratulate the Class of 2024, their families and their teachers.

As we look to the celebration of Christmas, let us reflect on mystery of Jesus – God who came to be one of us. John in the fourth Gospel captures this mystery when he says,

“In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God….
And the Word became flesh and lived among us”
(John 1:1;14)

Always united in our shared OLSH Spirit.
