If you are a Coach who can inspire, motivate, and contribute to the development of our students’ skills, character, and team spirit, then we’d love to hear from you!

We welcome applicants with coaching experience who are eager to contribute to our Co-curricular program. Please submit your CV, a short cover letter detailing your coaching experience, sporting experience and any relevant certifications.

All applicants must be experienced in coaching, playing, or umpiring the sport. The Competitions are held during school hours and coaching is also required before school and/or after school.

The successful applicant will hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Check and have the right to work in Australia.

Exam Supervisors

OLSH College seeks to appoint a number of Exam Supervisors in accordance with the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) for both the General Achievements Test (GAT) and the end of year VCE Written examinations. These exams take place as follows:

  • GAT - Tuesday 18 June 2024
  • VCE Written Exams - Tuesday 29 October 2024 – Wednesday 20 November 2024

These are casual positions, with varying hours in accordance with published examination schedules and associated administrative duties annually. Remuneration is aligned with rates published by VCAA.

Pursuant to VCAA eligibility requirements, an Assistant Exam Supervisor cannot be:

  • Related to or associated with any students undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2024 at OLSH College.
  • Teaching any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2024.
  • Tutoring a student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2024 at OLSH College.
  • Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring, or coaching any students undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2024, or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment materials at OLSH College.
  • Employed by the school as a teacher (excluding CRT) or a member of the administration staff.
