One final message from the 2023 Student Executive
On the 16th of October, the OLSH community celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2023. Despite coming to a bittersweet end of our high school journey, we have all highly enjoyed our time here at OLSH and being part of the leadership team.
We extend our congratulations to the newly announced 2024 Senior Executive Team, College Captain: Mia Karvounaris, College Vice Captain: Emilia Brusco, and Senior Prefects: Chanelle Abdulbaki and Alexandra Tzimourtas. We also congratulate the newly elected House and Regnet Christus Captains for 2024. We are so amazed by the efforts of all the students elected and know that they will foster the OLSH spirit as they lead the OLSH community together.
As this is the last article from the 2023 Senior Executive Team, we wish to say a special thank you to our 2023 leadership team. We would like to first thank all the teachers who have supported and encouraged us throughout the course of this year.
To the Year 7 to 12 leaders and teachers, thank you for helping us with all our initiatives and for always cooperating and collaborating with us to have had a successful and fun-filled year. The time and efforts you have all put in have not gone unnoticed and have been greatly appreciated. We wish you all the best for what is to come.

Our Regnet Christus Leaders ran a design competition earlier in the year for students to design artwork to go on a coffee cup and drink bottle. As well as providing an opportunity for our students to be creative, it was set up as an activity to raise funds for our Advent fundraising and to encourage the use of reusable water bottles and coffee cups to reduce our environmental footprint.
Congratulations to Jasmine G (Year 11) on her winning design and to the Regnet Christus leaders for this great initiative.
