During the first week of Term 4 we celebrated Health and Physical Education Week, with a range of lunchtime activities including house dodgeball competitions, nutbush dancing, a staff versus student volleyball match and bubble soccer.
We loved seeing the students being active during their lunch breaks and reaping the physical, social and mental health benefits activity brings.
Last week our three softball teams headed out to Waverley for the Division 1 SCSA Softball competition. It was a great day of competition and perfect conditions on the field.
Our Seniors won their grand final placing 1st, our inters were runner up in their grand final placing 2nd and our juniors placed 3rd. Well done girls and coaches!
During the last week of Term 3, OLSH College competed in the Victorian All Schools Relay Competition at Lakeside Stadium. Our under 18 4 x 100m relay team won their heat and went on to place 4th in a very close final, where there was less than one second between first and fourth.
Congratulations to Aaliyah, Alex, Demi and Faith on a fantastic performance.
