We empower our students to develop their public speaking skills and confidence. These are skills that they can take with them throughout their life. We have a Public Speaking Captain and offer a number of opportunities on campus and in local, national and international competitions.

We have debating teams who compete against local schools and students can also participate in competitions such as Tournament of Minds, the Ethics Olympiad and the Secondary School Parliamentary Convention.

On campus, students have the opportunity to speak at assemblies and are invited to read during Mass. We also hold events such as lunchtime spelling bees, providing another opportunity for students to practice speaking in front of their peers.
