Dear Family and Friends of OLSH College,

“Happy 85^th Birthday” to all members of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College community. In this year of celebration, we chose our OLSH Feast Day to honour the story of our school from its humble beginnings in 1938. The sense of connection to our Heart Spirit finds its foundation and strength in the stories of those who have lived this spirit across these past 85 years.

In this newsletter you will see the story of our feast day in word and picture. The joy and enthusiasm of the students and staff from the celebration of the inspiring Mass through to the festivities of the day speaks strongly of our unity of purpose. When we have such experiences, we certainly have a taste of the very best of human kind.

May this upcoming holiday break provide times of refreshment and relaxation for students, staff and their families. At this time of the year we are mindful of our Year 12 students as they move towards the final weeks of their school education journey. On this Feast of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart we entrust our Class of 2023 students and families into her special care.
