Our OLSH College volleyball teams had a great day of competition at MSAC earlier this month, participating in the Division 1 CGSAV competition. We had six teams train and compete in a series of closely fought matches that demonstrated great teamwork and skill development. Thank you to all of our coaches and supporters on the day.

A huge congratulations to the OLSH Aerobics Teams for their performances at the CGSAV competition. All teams have put a lot of time into training in recent weeks and we’re grateful to our coaches and staff for supporting the teams today. Our A Division team won, our B division team performed very well considering the challenges to their rehearsals during the Hartzer program and our three Division C teams of year 7 and 8 students showed great improvement in their skills and fitness. Keep up the push ups and flexibility training for next year's challenge!
