We enjoyed a spectacular day of competition, House spirit, colour and action at our annual Athletics Carnival last month. Well done to all participants, on the track and in the stands, particularly our Year 12s who participated strongly in their final Athletics Carnival and our Year 7s who looked great in our new House tops.

These great results come on the back of Faith's outstanding performance at the All Schools National Championships in Perth last December where she represented OLSH, coming 8th in the 90 metre hurdle and 6th in the 200 metre hurdle.

Congratulations to Year 11 student Abby who recently competed in the gymnastics Victorian Championships. Gabby has been a gymnast since she was five and trains 12.5 hours a week at Chamford Gymnastics Club. She is also a gymnastics coach and her favourite apparatus is floor.
Year 7 student Taylor has been competing in the Little League Baseball National Championships in Lismore this week. Check out her starring role in this news story. Taylor is featured at the start and end of the story in the purple number 10 top for her team, the Belles. The team had a nail-biting first win today. All the best for the rest of the championship Taylor!
